2019 was a fantastic year for Walleye fishing, but 2020 has proven to be better yet. We are experiencing some of the best Walleye fishing we have ever seen. The walleye continue to almost jump in the boat at times. We have switched everything over to spoons on the boat. Our favorite spoons to use are Yeck spoons, but we have also started using some Badmo Arrowhead spoons, and the old faithful Michigan Stinger spoons. It doesn't really seem to matter what color you throw at them, but green, blues and purples seem to be the best. We pull all of our spoons behind Tru Trip divers. These unique divers have a trip lever on them so once a fish hits the diver you get to fight the fish and not the diver. This makes for a much more enjoyable customer experience and allows you to feel the fish. These are exceptional divers and if you aren't using them you should be.
